Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols.

Service availability depends on weather conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any job that we determine to be unsafe or beyond our expertise.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may change if site conditions differ from the initial assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, furniture, or other items that may be in the way. You must also notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other property features that could affect our work.

If you need permits for tree removal, you are responsible for obtaining them unless we have agreed in writing to handle this for you. Local regulations vary, and it is your responsibility to comply with city ordinances.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. We will do our best to work with your schedule and avoid any fees whenever possible.

Liability and Insurance

FullHelp Brea Tree Services is fully insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all our crew members. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work.

While we take great care, trees and outdoor work can be unpredictable. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, pre-existing damage to property, or damage caused by acts of nature.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right. This warranty does not cover issues related to weather events, natural tree decline, or damage caused by third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
